As part of the Business Office, the Benefits Department provides administration and guidance for employees and retirees who are covered by the Torrington Board of Education benefit plans. Some of the benefits offered to eligible employees and/or retirees are health insurance, life insurance, and 403(b) plans.
We currently cover over 2,500 active employees, family members, and retirees under the Torrington Board of Education programs.
