The IT Department has launched a new Helpdesk management system.

 

Please use the link below to initiate a help desk ticket.

New Help Desk Login

The Torrington Public Schools IT Department is now using School Dude for ticket management. If this is your first time using the system you will need to self-register and create an account. Note, the registration window pops up in another tab. You may need to allow popups from this site.

Once logged in, (1) select the IT Request tab, (2) then click on “submit IT Request”. Note, the new ticket window pops up in another tab. You may need to allow popups from this site.

If you find yourself at the main login page, make sure you select “Help Desk” from the “Go to” menu.

If you find yourself at the Maintenance Request page, choose “Help Desk” from the application links dropdown.
