Thank you to Mr. Roger Carillo and his daughter Angelina who, throughout the year, have come in to read to the kindergarten classes and present wonderful Dr. Seuss stories for many to enjoy. Most recently, he and Angelina brought some pets to share as they read the story "The Lorax". What a fun way to learn about Earth Day!
Dear Mrs. Roman, Thank you for calling home for us, for counting our lunch tickets, for taking care of our booboos, for smiling at us, for getting us on the right bus, for ... well, for everything. Good luck as you go home from here for the last time. With love and hugs, The Students of Forbes School
THANK YOU, and good luck to Mrs. Joanne Roman, our school secretary. Joanne will be retiring in April. It has been our privilege to work with you at Forbes School, and we'll miss your wonderful disposition, friendliness and efficiency. All the best in your retirement. Please send us a postcard. With love from your friends, The Staff of Forbes School
Mr. Roger Carillo (The Cat in the Hat), Angelina Carillo, Christina Hammer and Geena Pietrefase presented a fun-filled story of "The Sneetches" by Dr. Seuss. We learned that differences among people make the world an interesting place, but they shouldn't be used to say who's better than someone else. Thank you to our traveling stage company.
Mrs. Fern’s class would like to thank Mrs. Ivain for coming in to read to our class each week. We love reading our books to her and listening to the special stories she shares with us!

Kudos and thanks to our wonderful PTO for the fun-filled family pizza night and dance we enjoyed on Friday, September 29th. All of us kids had a great time!
Thank you to our fabulous custodians who worked tirelessly throughout the blazing summer heat to get our school ready for us. Their efforts are especially appreciated considering the many room shifts required with the removal of the portables. Custodians, we think you're tops!!! Thank you.
