The AV Team's purpose is to support the performances during the monthly Town Meetings.   If you are in fourth or fifth grade you might want to consider joining our AV Team.

 No prior experience is necessary. Students will teach you with our "expert/trainee" arrangement.

Here are some of the jobs and descriptions of students involved in the AV team:

Sound.   Controls adjustments to sound using the amplifier and incorporates music into the Town Meeting. 

Microphones.  Either on the stage or on the floor,  making sure speakers have a microphone when needed.  Adjust height of microphone stands.

Data Projector.  Need responsible person who will take excellent care of the expensive data projector that gets connected to the computer for projection.

Announcer.  Speaks clearly and loudly.  Able to ad lib if need be.  Most script is written before the Town Meeting.  Needs to be available for practice.

Script Writers.  Text used by the announcer for each of the performances.
