"Climbing The Walls At

Vogel-Wetmore"

A new climbing wall was recently installed in the Vogel-Wetmore gymnasium.  The wall was purchased using grant money provided by the Michael Jordan Foundation and funds supplied by the Vogel-Wetmore PTO.  All Vogel-Wetmore students have had an opportunity to climb the rock-wall during Physical Education class.  Rock-climbing is a unique activity which provides students with the opportunity to increase their upper body strength.  Even some brave staff members have been seen climbing the walls before and after school.  The rock-climbing wall will be used again during an upcoming gymnastics unit.
