Language Arts Teacher
My job at Vogel-Wetmore involves teaching reading and writing in classrooms, working with small groups of students who are struggling in reading and meeting with the Literacy Team to ensure that all at-risk students in Kindergarten through Third Grade receive at least twice the amount of reading instruction that the average student would get. I help coordinate the Language Arts testing at our school and work with several groups of volunteers who either read with individual students or work with small groups of students in the classroom.
