Welcome to Torrington High School Athletics

A completed physical form signed by your parent or guardian must be brought to the school on the day of your physical. If you do not have a signed form you will not be given a physical. The forms are available in the main office at THS or you can download both the front (Parent's side) and the back (Dr.'s side). You will need both for your physical.
