I have some tips on effective facilitation and some excellent group discussion protocols from
the Annenburg Foundation at Brown University that can be used to structure discussions.

This information needs to be vetted sooner than later in order to allow staff to surface their
concerns and identify any obstacles that need to be addressed in advance of implementing any changes.
