Schedule of Fees, Effective July 1st, 2023
Application for Use of Public School Facility
**Please note: Beginning November 1, 2015, all facility use requests must be submitted a minimum of four weeks in advance of the date needed. This is to better prepare for coverage needed within our buildings and to accomodate any needs that may arise from the requestor. All requests that are not submitted four weeks in advance will be denied.
If multiple dates are being requested for the same type of event (meeting, practice , lessons, etc.) only one form is needed , with a schedule of dates and times either listed on the sheet or attached.
Please submit form to the main office of the building your are requesting.
